Privacy Policy for LmsGo

This Privacy Policy describes how LmsGo ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

1. Who we are

LmsGo is operated by CCSN Technology Private Limited ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at info@ebriks.in.

2. Information we collect

Account & profile information

Name, email address, phone number, and role (e.g. Admin, Manager, User) — provided when your company administrator creates your account.

Lead and property data

Information you or your team enter about sales leads (name, phone, email, notes, status) and property listings (title, location, price, photos, floor plans, videos). This data belongs to your company and is only visible to team members according to their role.

Location data

With your permission, we collect approximate or precise device location at login time, for your company administrator's security/login-history records. Location is not collected in the background and is not used for advertising.

Biometric data

If you enable app-lock, your device's fingerprint/face unlock is used entirely on your device through your phone's operating system. We never receive, see, or store your biometric data ourselves.

Communications within the app

Internal team chat: messages, and any files/images you send, between you and your colleagues.
AI assistant chat: your messages to the built-in AI assistant, and the assistant's replies, saved so you can continue a conversation later.
WhatsApp messages: if your company has connected WhatsApp, messages you send to leads through the app and their delivery status.
Call logs: records of calls you make to leads through the app (time, duration, outcome) — not call audio recordings.

Device information

Device model, operating system version, and app version, used for troubleshooting and to keep the app secure (e.g. detecting when to force a re-login).

Push notification tokens

A device token used to deliver notifications (new leads, assignments, announcements) via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

3. How we use this information

To provide core CRM features: managing leads, properties, your team, and calls
To let you communicate with colleagues (internal chat) and with leads (WhatsApp)
To power the AI assistant and AI property-description features
To secure your account (biometric app lock, single active session, login history)
To send you notifications about your work (new leads, messages, announcements)
To let your company administrator oversee team activity and communications, including exporting internal chat transcripts for record-keeping

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your lead/property/chat data for advertising.

4. AI features

Some features (property description generation, photo analysis, and the AI chat assistant) send the relevant text or image to a third-party AI provider (via OpenRouter) to generate a response. Only the specific content needed for that request is sent — not your entire account data.

5. Data sharing

We share information only:

Within your own company, according to each user's role (e.g. a Manager can see their team's leads; an Admin can see the whole company's data)
With service providers who help us run the app (cloud hosting, push notifications via Firebase, AI providers via OpenRouter) — solely to provide the service, under confidentiality obligations
If required by law

We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account and your company's subscription are active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal/record-keeping purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting info@ebriks.in or asking your company administrator.

7. Your choices

Location: you can deny location permission; some login-history detail will be unavailable, but the app will otherwise work normally.
Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device settings.
Biometric lock: optional — you can use a password instead.
Account deletion: contact your company administrator or us directly.

8. Children's privacy

LmsGo is a business tool intended for use by adult employees of real estate companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted local storage on your device, secure network connections (HTTPS), and role-based access control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify users through the app.
